3.4 If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and additional delivery costs are incurred, these costs will be charged to the customer.

4.1 Customized, sewn, printed, or personally designed products cannot be returned.

4.2 Products may be returned in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law within 2 business days.

4.3 Products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.

4.4 Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

4.5 In the case of a return, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.

4.6 Returns ae subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging, intact and without any damage, defect, or deterioration of any kind, to the store’s address at the customer’s expense.

4.7 For returns via courier, the product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Products that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
